During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The facilities were well-maintained and everything looked spotless. Additionally, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable. The location was also great, as it was easy to access nearby transportation and parking was readily available. Finally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options for all tastes.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Rio Dulce and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The property is stunning, and the location is perfect - surrounded by lush greenery and crystal clear waters. The holiday lights and decorations added a special touch to our stay. The staff was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We particularly enjoyed the variety of activities offered, including kayaking, hiking, and cycling. a fantastic stay and perfect for a holiday getaway.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from an otherwise perfect stay. We were surprised to discover an extra 5% charge for using our credit card, which was not communicated to us beforehand. Additionally, while the rooms were adequately clean and spacious, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the bedding and towels were somewhat worn. Although we enjoyed our time here, we cannot recommend it due to these issues.

The hotel has a good location with scenic views and offers comfortable rooms. the rooms are neat with well-maintained bathrooms and basic amenities. They also provide free breakfast, and the property has a pool. the staff is polite and friendly.

The hotel management lacks in providing regular cleaning services for the rooms.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The property was beautifully designed and well maintained, offering a serene ambiance amidst the busy city. The affordable rates were also a plus point, making it a great value for money.

There were a few negative aspects that could be improved. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, and I had to remind them to clean my room on a few occasions.
